Data center contractors

Outbound and AI agents for data center contractors. Get on the trade partner list before the job is let.

For electrical, mechanical, low-voltage and specialty contractors on data center and other large commercial jobs. Outbound to the GCs and owners with projects starting near you, bid packages read as they arrive, and submittals and compliance paperwork tracked by agents a person approves.

What we build. Each piece priced on its own.

Outbound to GCs and owners

GCs named on data center projects near you, and developers with a rezoning, tax abatement or utility load request on file, with the preconstruction or estimating lead at each and a first line about that project. Every send is approved first.

$15,000 for the first 60 days, then $5,000 a month

Bid and RFP intake

Bid invitations and RFP documents read as they reach your bid inbox: scope, due dates, bonding and insurance requirements and anything unusual in the terms, summarized for a go or no-go.

Paid assessment from $1,000, then agents from $15,000. Maintenance from $500 a month.

Submittals and compliance

Submittal logs, certified payroll, safety documents and insurance certificates tracked by project, with reminders before anything is due and a list of what each GC still needs from you.

Paid assessment from $1,000, then agents from $15,000. Maintenance from $500 a month.

Bid and pipeline reporting

Bids sent, won and lost by GC, region and project type, and which outbound accounts turned into invitations to bid, on one weekly view.

Dashboards from $2,500. Maintenance from $250 a month.

Projects you hear about before the trade partner list is set.

Each account comes with the project signal, the person to contact and a first line about that project. Addresses that can't be verified are held back instead of guessed.

What data center contractors ask. Plain answers.

Who is this for?
Electrical, mechanical, low-voltage and specialty contractors that bid data center and other large commercial work, and want more invitations from GCs and owners they don't work with yet.
Where do the project signals come from?
Public sources: rezoning cases, tax abatement agreements, utility load requests, permits, project awards and hiring posts. Every account in your sample links to the source of its signal, so you can check it.
Does the bid agent decide which jobs to bid?
No. It reads the documents and writes the summary. Your estimators decide, and nothing is submitted or sent without a person approving it.
Does it work with our estimating and project software?
We check what your tools can export or connect to before we quote. If something can't be connected, we say so and plan around it.
What does it cost?
Each piece is priced on its own. Outbound is $15,000 for the first 60 days and then $5,000 a month, agents from $15,000 after a paid assessment from $1,000, with maintenance from $500 a month, and dashboards from $2,500. You get a fixed quote after a 30-minute call.
Who owns what gets built?
You do: the code, the accounts, the data and the lists. Where a tool is needed, it goes in your company's name.
What if the agent doesn't work?
Every agent is scoped in writing: the job, the inputs and the checks it has to pass on your own data. It only goes live after it passes them, and a person approves its work. Half is due at kickoff and half at go-live. Builds are scoped to go live in two to six weeks.
