Websites for window and door companies that sell replacements.
Built to book in-home estimates.
New windows are a big purchase, and homeowners get more than one quote. Your site should show your installs and reviews, and let them book an in-home estimate in the evening when your office is closed. One fixed price, no retainer.
- Tap-to-call on every screen
- Book an in-home estimate online
- Text back in under 60 seconds

Sample replacement contractor site / Placeholder company details
From $20,000
Shown with the roofing sample. The window and door version swaps in your product lines, the brands you install and window questions in the booking flow.
Calls first / A call button that never scrolls away
On a phone, Call and Book an estimate stay pinned to the bottom of the screen, and every call is tracked by where it came from.
Booked online / In-home estimates, booked at night
Homeowners say what they're replacing and how many openings, then pick an open time. I connect the booking to the job software you already use, and if yours can't take bookings from a website, I tell you before you sign.
Answered in a minute / A text back to everyone who opts in
Everyone who opts in on your form gets a text within 60 seconds, day or night, while they're still comparing companies.
Financing / Monthly payments next to the products
A financing section on your window and door pages that links to the lender you already use, with payment examples only in the lender's approved wording.
Products and brands / What you install, said plainly
A page for each window and door line you sell, with the manufacturer programs you're actually in listed as text. Logos go on only where your dealer agreement allows it.
Traced to the source / See which marketing produced which job
Calls, forms and online bookings tagged with where they came from, on one dashboard, and followed into your job software as far as it allows.
A big purchase gets compared.
Be the easy one to book.
Replacing every window in a house runs from about $8,000 for a smaller single-story home to $24,000 for a large two-story (Fixr, 2026), so people collect quotes. If the only way to reach you is a phone call during office hours, the next company on their list may get the first visit.

I build a new homepage from your own install photos and reviews and send it over. Nothing is due until you approve your homepage design.

I don't promise a number of leads, calls or jobs. Traffic and closing are yours, and anyone who guarantees them on a website alone is guessing.
Questions.
Straight answers.
- How much does it cost?
- Signature is $20,000, Estate is $30,000 and Landmark is $45,000. Nothing is due up front: you pay half when you approve your homepage design and half at launch. More than one location or brand is quoted separately.
- Why not a $3,000 template site?
- If a template site and your Google Business Profile already book the jobs you want, keep them. The price here pays for the work around the pages: a custom build from your own job photos, booking connected to your job software, text-back, financing, town pages written one by one, and tracking that shows which marketing produced each job. You own all of it, with no monthly fee to keep your own site.
- Do you run ads?
- No. I don't run ads, sell leads or do SEO retainers. If you want a team running Google and Facebook ads every month, an agency is the better fit, and the tracking I set up will show you whether it's working.
- Will you guarantee more leads or jobs?
- No. I guarantee what I control: the launch date, speed on a phone, the text-back and the booking working every week. Anyone guaranteeing jobs from a website alone is guessing.
- Does it work with my job software?
- I connect your site to the job software you use. Some take online bookings directly, some only accept new leads by form or email, and a few take nothing from outside. I check yours before you sign and tell you exactly what will connect and what won't.
- I'm a franchise or brand dealer. Can I use this?
- Check your agreement first. Many franchise and dealer programs control the dealer's website or require their own template. I build for companies that own their site. If yours is locked, I'll tell you what is still possible before you spend anything.
- Can you show the brands we install?
- Yes, as plain text, and only programs you're actually in. Manufacturer logos and product photos go on only where your dealer agreement allows them.
- We don't have good photos.
- No photo shoot is needed. Job photos from your crews work if they're sharp, and I pick the best and edit them so they match and load fast. If you have very few, I'll point you to a local photographer you hire directly, so you own the images.
- Who owns the site?
- You do: the domain, the code, the hosting account, the photos and the analytics. Nothing is locked to me.
- Who is this for?
- Owner-led window and door companies that sell residential replacements and want more of those jobs to come from their own website instead of bought leads. I also build for custom home builders, remodelers and roofing companies.
See your new homepage before you decide.
No cost, no obligation.
Send me your website. I'll build a concept homepage from your own install photos and reviews, and a short list of what your current site is missing on a phone.
